Second pics from February this year...I suffered from a heart attack in January and lost quite a bit of mass but the worst part was losing that raw motivation to lift, I started eating crap and went through pretty rough times emotionally...but next three months I decided to lift in the gym instead of home...make on helluva difference.
Third pics from today...I wanted to take the pics before I ate, ah well, i look bloated.

its great too see your devoted... you gotta change the diet a little... get in some more protein and some more healthy calories... you dont have much body fat so you can def up the calories but that doesnt mean fast food and stuff... you can find so many resources for a good diet... do that and youll make things go smoother and faster... but thus far nice work
