It's pretty self explanatory. I would want the world record in the deadlift.

LOL. I knew I forgot something.
You could probably do it if you trained hard for it. I don't know anyone who goes all out for rotator cuff strength.
GRRRRR!!!!!

Bench has always been my strongest exercise, I like it the most. Then again I have not yet learned proper dead lift or cleans.

Can't believe more aren't going for the c&j. It's a no brainer. If you have a world record in that your front and back squats are going to be elite, as are your bench and presses. That and you have the athletic carryover of world class explosiveness and cns efficiency (you know, what actually makes you money).

i think the clean a jerk is the best all around exercise for raw strength imho. something about picking up 600 pounds off the ground, squating atg and lifting it up, then pressing it overhead is gat damn amazing!
edit: and raw of course. no pansy lifting suits an knee wraps an $hit

lol true
glad to see someone else in my boati mean aside from direct chest involvment, clean and jerk works the back, bis, legs, shoulders and tris. pretty much a complete body workout and explosive strength. hence why i would never mess with a 300 pound nfl lineman

Deadlift. Something about lifting more weight than anyone in the world can lift off the ground is appealing to me.
Close-second is the squat.
