    Full body workout with only dumbbells

    Im 14 so i can't get access to a gym and all i got at home are 2 dumbbells. For the time being i cant buy a bench or fitball cos my room is too small to hold them. I need a little bit of help making a workout program that will target every one of my muscles the best that i can with the equipment that i have available. I've had a look at all of brit_beefs workouts and i can't do any of them cos they all require some equipment that i dont have.

    heres the workout that i have made so far. Let me know what you think, any suggestions and criticism is helpful. Do you think that i should do abs evry second day instead of only one day?

    Monday - Biceps, Shoulders, Traps, Triceps

    Alternate Hammer Curls 5x10
    Alternate Bicep Curls 5x10
    Front Two-Dumbell Rise 5x8
    Side Lateral Raise 5x10
    Standing Palm-In Dumbell Press 5x8
    Dumbell Shrug 5x10
    Dumbbell Triceps Extension 5x10

    Tuesday - Rest day for cardio

    Wednesday - Wrist, Calfs, Quads, Hamstrings

    Hand Grip 3x20
    Dumbell Squat 3x10
    Dumbell Calf Raise 3x10
    Dumbell Lunges 3x10

    Thursday - Rest Day and Cardio

    Friday - Social Sport

    Saturday - Abs, Chest, Obliques

    Isometric Chest squeeze 3x1
    Normal Crunch 3x25
    Close Hands Pushup 3x8
    Oblique Crunch 3x10
    Wide Hands Pushup 3x10
    Bent-Knee Hip Raise 3x25
    Normal Pushup 3x12
    Heel Touches 3x10

    Sunday - Rest Day and Cardio

    Try decreasing the volume of the total workout.Do 3 set for exercise.

    thx, the reason im doing 5 sets for the excercises on monday is because those muscles ive been working for a while, the others i havent until i started to take this seriously (bout 2 weeks ago). I feel those muscles can cope with more sets.

    If you can't see your abs, but want to, then you're packing too much fat. Remember that spot-reduction by "targeted" exercises is a myth; the fat comes off in the reverse of the order that it went on (if your gut or butt got fat first, then your gut or butt will get "un-fat" last.

    should i still do crunches and other abdominal excercises then? Or will it not make a difference if i do them or not if i want to see my abs.
