Lately, I've been feeling weak and tired while I'm exercising and lifting, I'm not sure why it's suddenly happening now. I don't do any heavy cardio. It mainly just consists of walking at about 4mph for about 45 min so it's nothing too strenuous. I eat approximately 2100 calories in a 40p/40c/20f split typically and my weight has been pretty stable there for a couple months now doing that so I figured that was my maintenance level.
Could the being tired and feeling weak be that I'm not eating enough? According to everything I've read 2100 should be sufficient to maintain for someone of my weight and my experience over the past couple months seemed to bear that out.

lots of things that could affect it.
- hydration
- electrolytes aka. sodium, calc, mag, and pott. These affect hydration levels & also directly affect muscle activity.
- Poor quality of sleep
- CNS isnt fully recovered
- Physchological
- Not warmed up fully. You can do a typical warmup, but still have a sluggish nervous system. Try using supermaximal holds with 120-140% of your 1 RM before each lift. Post in the exercise forum for more info on that.
