I'm taking 10mg for the first day or two, then bumping it to 20mg....
I'm taking the legal gear stuff, its got NAC in it for liver protection, I'm taking a 1000mg of milk thistle every night as well.....
I did a 2 week before and went from 215-234, I then cut down to 210, I started off this cycle at 214, so we will see where it goes from here.......
I'm trying to eat clean, but I went on a binge today.....
My usual diets consist of high protein/high carb, I try and stay low on the fats......I will eat the healty stuff.....my diet today consisted of the following.....
1st meal was before workout, protein shake w/banana/skim milk, around 70g Protein 40g carb....
I worked out after this, had an isopure 40g protein drink while working out....
After workout I had another 70g shake with a 70g carb/10g creatine loader....
I had a turkey wrap, had probably 1/2lb of turkey in it w/some lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, etc, not the most healthy thing, but it was a ok.....
After this I consumed an entire box of the new total protein, its 13g of protein per serving, and low carbs, it turns out to be 30g of fat, 110g of protein and 70 carbs for the entire box......
Last little snack of the night was 4 string cheese sticks, 20g of fat, 32g of protein......
I had around 350g of protein for the day and 250g of carbs and probably 70-80grams of fat, this is coming off of my low calorie cutting diet I was just on, so we will see how my body reacts to this and the methyl 1 test.....
Workout consists of the following.......
Workout #1
Mon: Quads/Calves/Hams/Deadlifts
Tues: Back/Biceps
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Chest/Shoudlers/Tri's/Traps
Friday: Quads/Calves/Hams/Deadlifts
Workout #2
Monday: Chest/Shoulders/Tri's/Traps
Tues: Legs
Wed: Cardio
Thursday: Back/Bi's/StraightLeg DL's
Friday: Chest/Calves/Hams/Deadlifts
Workout #3
Monday: Back/Bi's/Straightleg DL's
Tues: Legs
Wed: Cardio
Thursday: Chest/Shoudlers/Tri's/Traps
Friday: Back/Bi's/SRLG DL's
Cardio on Sat/Sun as well, I'll rest on one of those days too sometimes.....I rotate that schedule each week so something gets worked 2 times a week, its worked well for me in the past....
We will see how this does........

The only day I feel like its too much is the chest day, but it doesn't seem like I am overworking myself.......
For the 2nd day I tried 20mg, my heart rate was up for a while, I took the first pill around 1pm, took the 2nd around 8pm late, went to dinner and ate a meal
I noticed my heart rate was up, other than that there haven't been many side effects, we will see how it goes.....
I have 6-oxo ready to go.....
I'm thinking about getting some hawthorne berry to lower the blood pressure, where can you get this?-Intensity is KEY-

I didn't like the fact of how fast my heart was beating at a resting pace
So far I'm seeing the steady increase gains like I did w/the last 2 week I did, last time I did 10mg a day, 2 5mg splits, morning evening, now its 10 morning, 10 evening-Intensity is KEY-

Getting a pretty good side effect off of this cycle compared to the last time, I can feel when the **** kicks in, my heart rate goes through the ROOF, my resting heart rate is REALLY fast, this goes on for about 30-40mins, then its back to normal, but when its going on for those moments I have the instant urge to get up and do something, I get uncomfortable sitting around.....
I am taking 2 grams of hawthorne berry a day, along w/the 20mg of M1T.....
Anyone else experience this?
I haven't been keeping up on the eating either, I will see how the workouts go this week-Intensity is KEY-

Nope, last time I took the stuff from a different company I held a TON more water, I'm actually having problems keeping the weight on unless I eat a lot......
I'm gonna have to pig out today I guess.....
I'm taking 2 grams of hawthorne a day to control BP, but I don't think its doing much, I've been taking a lot of potassium, so the muscle cramping is at a minimum-Intensity is KEY-
