More than 2lbs a week?

I know that if u lose more than 2lb a week some of it will most likely be muscle.

Ok so say that DID lose more than 2lbs a week. For example, maybe you lost 5. Obviously some of it was muscle. However, is it possible that more than 2lbs was fat? So, maybe 3.5 lbs fat and the other 1.5 muscle? Is this possible?

I know that I don't wanna lose my muscle...obviously. But just losing a little bit in order to lose more fat quicker is more benefitial to me. I don't wanna be huge and I have muscle to spare, so to speak.

You will basically end up looking soft and skinny.

Why does everyone want these quick fix solutions. It took more than a week to put the fat on . Its gonna take time to get it off..

i aim for about 2.2lbs (1kg) a week, although some weeks you just lose more, or less, so its unavoidable to lose more sometimes, but just try to get it stable (which is really hard!)
