I know that if u lose more than 2lb a week some of it will most likely be muscle.
Ok so say that DID lose more than 2lbs a week. For example, maybe you lost 5. Obviously some of it was muscle. However, is it possible that more than 2lbs was fat? So, maybe 3.5 lbs fat and the other 1.5 muscle? Is this possible?
I know that I don't wanna lose my muscle...obviously. But just losing a little bit in order to lose more fat quicker is more benefitial to me. I don't wanna be huge and I have muscle to spare, so to speak.
