Ok it has been two months off for creatine now it is time for 1 month on and one month off approach, but I dont know what creatine i want to try. I was going to try the phos****en xp stuff, but i was wondering if anyone has had any successs with it?
Also i heard about this creapure stuff....is that the same stuff as vitamin shoppe pure creatine monohydrate.
I wouldnt mind just saving money and buying the vitamin shoppe brand creatine, but it has no dextrose for delivery. I was thinkin of just using koolade for a high carb delivery.
what yuo guys think
thanks alot

Check out this thread.. Its a sticky on the top of the page, but it answers probably all your ?'s regarding creatine.
Why wouldnt you want to stay on creatine longer then 1 month? I think most stay on it either all the time, or a few months at least..
I just bought Optimum nutritions creatine its creapure, which is suposed to be a little better from what ive read. Just mix it with non acidic juice, like grape, or put it in post workout shake with whey/dextrose/creatine like I do.

ast creatine
Should i go with creapure or ast micronized creatine casue i have taken micronized creatine and it affected my stomach and gave me diareah. And i dont even know if i should buy dextrose or jsut use koolaid.
I am not even sure if dextrose will really make a difference.
Please send some thoughts i have to start my creatine cycle on moday
thanks

Not really sure man, Ive only used Optimum Nutritions Creatine Monohydrate, which is creapure.. And I dont have those problems at all.
Never really heard of using KoolAid, ive read people use gatorade powder. Not sure what the differences between them are..
