    making home made protein drink! help me

    any suggestions on how to do this? im thinking 1 big glass of milk
    mix it on peanutbutter... maybe alot. i dont mind gaining fat coz my metabolism is simply fast. what are other high protein ****s i can add to this?

    olive oil
    whey
    use more milk at least 16oz
    oats

    bump. If you want the oats to go down easier then get a coffee grinder and grind them up. You wont have to chew the shake down.

    not high in protein, but its great to add in shakes. You need to get your complex carbs somehow man......

    prey to god that you have a strong stomach and no taste buds, i did that last night coz i just bought a mixer and it was disgusting, but i kept it down

    To add taste add icecream or coco powder. Personally i prefer adding coco powder.

    I remember my old shake

    2 Cups of milk
    1 cup of Cottage Cheese
    1/2 Cup of Oats
    1 TableSpoon of Flax Seed Oil
    2 Scoops Whey

    It was absolutly discusting but it worked
