I'm trying to critique my nutrition to get the most effects from my workout. How does this sound.
Pre-workout: Whole food meal (chicken and rice) about 1 1/2 hours before workout. 25-30g Whey 1 hour before workout. 5g (one serving) Green Mag 30-45 mins before.
Intra-workout: 5-6 scoops of Xtend (I'm about 205 lbs). LOTS of H2O.
Post-workout: 40g Whey protein, whole wheat bagel (about 60-65g carbs) with peanut butter. Whole food meal about 1 hour later (chicken and rice)
