How do I do that?

You do it by cultivating interactions with women in person. Take a class at a community college or university, meet up with old friends from school that are female, start a part time job where you'll meet women, take a yoga class, go to a dog park, become a regular at a coffee shop or similar place and chat up the barista. Establish common ground with them by asking what they do for fun or study in school. Relate that to your own life experiences. Eventually after meeting and chatting a few times drop your number on a piece of paper and say, "let's keep in touch." If she never texts..who cares. Give your number out again. It's a numbers game. But this way you're selecting women in person that pique your interest, not someone who's been passed over by thousands of men online, or worse one that has thousands of men already on the line.

Basically, get out there. If a woman is what you really want your will to succeed will bring you success. And never stop improving yourself. For you, not for women. Work out, eat right, learn how to relax, develop hobbies and good things will happen.
