Depends. If there's parking all along the street and it's not always an option to park in front of your boys house then I get why he parked there. If the street is mostly empty and he parks there I'd be mad if I was the homeowner too. I get people parking in front of me sometimes in my neighborhood too and I hate it, but usually I understand when it's clear someone has multiple people over and there's no other choice.
