I only want opinions from miscers who have actually been that low or coached someone to get that low srs
It seems like the game changes a bit once you want to get lower than that, into competition levels of leanness. Right now I am about 202-203lbs with about 130g carbs give or take, about 2100-2200 calories cardio 3x a week 10-20 min.
I would like to get to like 7-8% bf really diced, and then maintain / carb up during summer when I want to look fuller. Not sure what my bf% is, my legs have practically no fat I’m pretty much pinching purely skin and see lateralis striations etc but my core/torso is still holding a good amount of fat which is what I mainly want to get rid of. I’m thinking I’ll have to drop down to high 180s - low 190s to get the look I desire
My question is how did you guys/girls do it? I’d love to hear different styles so I can implement them or get any tips. Also tips to deal with feeling and look absolutely flat at the gym, big mind games lol. My plan is pretty much just increasing cardio because I really don’t want to drop food anymore as my energy dips especially at the end of my workout, and after a few days I tend to binge and set myself back. I know I’ll eventually have to lower it a bit, just would like perspective. I’ve actually been way leaner than this before but this time it seems way harder for some reason, before the fat seemingly just melted off

If you want to be sub 10% you will have cravings 24/7, you will have low energy, you will not be a happy camper, but if you're mentally strong enough, it is very doable.
I did it training high volume and eating low carbs, high prots and mid fats, it was fun.
Take my comment with a grain of salt, I am naturally lean, I've had a six pack since I was 10 and haven't lifted seriously in over 10 years now, still look like I lift despite hitting the gym once a week. (srs)300 Forever

For me I just use iffym protocol. Keeping protein at least 1gram/lb BW. I basically fasted all day to save my calories at night so I dont go to bed hungry.
I went down to like 1700cals (Im about 160 in my avi), maybe even lower cals. I didnt care about holding on to all the muscle possible. I figured if I lost any muscle I'd gain it back once my cals went back up which it did.
But yeah just basically dropped cals eating whatever but being mindful of protein intake.

Unless you're going to be showing out at the pool or on the beach it isn't worth it, since you're not going to be able to maintain that level for very long.
If you can get to 10%, then you can tough it out with temporary and painful calorie deficit to drop a few more percentage points in relatively short order...but like I said...why?
Unless you're going to be walking around without a shirt, you're just going to look like a twink under your clothes until you put some fat back in and on top of your muscle again.

People itt recommending gear etc but I’m only on 175mg t a week srs and have been doing purely that for a long time. will never add anything else for many reasons. Have been leaner both Natty and not Natty, just seem to be stuck at this for a bit and wanted opinions
This was like a month ago so 2lbs heavier maybe

My avatar is about as lean as I can get without wanting to binge eat on any food I can get my hands on. This year I'll be attempting to get leaner, after putting on 5-10 pound of muscle on my bulk. Being hungry 24/7, stressed from work, etc makes it fukking insanely hard to get shredded. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

OP, stop being a girl. Getting to single digits is a grind. You will be hungry. You will have low energy and your workouts will suck. You have to push through and not cheat. With that said, if you’re not competing why are you doing this? Being sub 10 is not fun and feels like absolute sheit.
