Yes, however most of the fruits/veggies high in magnesium are calorie dense (with the exception of certain leafy greens). If you are counting calories it can be difficult to fit those foods into your diet.

Also I've been under chronic stress for the past year which depletes your magnesium levels at a higher rate. So I'm trying to top it off.

They need to be abundant within you, available at the drop of a hat, to get the real effect

Citrate is pretty much the best, especially if you want to improve your intestinal moving, it really helps with going to the restroom also help with muscles and sleep calm and brain function, most Americans are deficient in Magnesium they dont eat enough leafy greens or foods with magnesium

Im surprised they still allow Oxide form to be used, you can tell the cheat vitamins use the Mag Oxide you cant even absorb crap it supposedly has the lowest absorbtion rate.

I quit buying any oxide version of all my supps, don't even remember how many I switched from (zinc, mag, I know theres more I', forgetting) but will not buy oxide anything anymore after learning how chit they are.

Any GP/family doctor can request a full panel, or if you live near a LabCorp or SonoraQuest lab place you can request your own blood draws (but may have to pay out of pocket) but I know you can pick and choose what youw ant done, or have a doc do it all for you.

Easy peasy, just like 4 vials of blood. But get it all checked.



Then hit up costco (or buy on their website and pay li9ke a dollar more than club members do) and get some mag citrate, I take two of the big maroon pills an hour before bed, and it helps make me sleepy. Try it.

Magnesium Oxide is a laxative. It works by dissolving into your stool and turning it liquidy. It’s not supposed to be taken to raise your magnesium levels. If it absorbed into your system then it wouldnt go into your stool to soften it.

Calling it trash is like calling magnesium citrate trash for not being a good laxative. They have different purposes
