    New Pl Routine

ive been doing westside for about a year now with a break in between football ive gotten my lifts up to a 330 touch and go bench and 450 squat at the weight of 220 westside has been getting a little stale and i was wondering if i should switch it up and with what and if anybody had any powerlifting routines or anything to help my bench go up a little more in time for a may max test for my football coach would be pretty helpful

Stale as in boring? but really it should never "stop" working. Try Metal Militia, Sheiko, other Russian programs, 5x5 w/e.

agreed. a true conjugate split will never stall. Set up some new micro cycles... maybe front squats, cambered bar, SS bar, trap bar DLs, .... you get the idea.

if you like the westside philosophy then i would deload completely, like just take two weeks off, and re-evaluate the exercises you are doing - add some, drop some, work on differnet weaknesses you might have.

It might have stalled if you have been doing the same exerciuses for a while and you might just need to box squats instead of pasuse squats or add some bands to your squats or remove them (im just giving some examples here becuase im not sure what you are actually doing)
