    Should I stop bulking?

Hi,in the past 3 years I've gone from 120 to 160lbs,at 5'11.In the last months my abs became very blurry and although everyone says I gained weight,I'm still not satisfied. So my question is should I continue bulking or do mini cut and then restart bulk again. My strength levels are pretty good for my size, I shoulder press the 60's for 6 reps,dl 315 for one, incline dumbbell press na 70's for 7 and max pull ups is 15

Nice work. I’d say keep going another 10-20 lbs. But good work overall.

I’m guessing all these people saying you gained weight are probably saying it in a positive light.

Yeah, most they say is the increased width of the shoulders and the arms, and some cheek fat or water, u know the usual stuff when u eat carbs and they hold water.. But I think for 160 my strength levels are kinda not great what do u think?

I think for 160 your strength levels are good. But 160 for someone 5’11” is on the low side. I would think you would sit more comfortably at like 180.

Check out this fat free mass calculator to see what I mean.

    https://ffmicalculator.org/

I think Lyle McDonald had a good article on this subject that showed ffm for people at different heights who were at their genetic potential in terms of muscle mass.

That said your ffm would likely be like 160lbs if you had 0% body fat, meaning you likely need to gain weight if you want to reach your genetic potential in terms of muscle mass.

Thanks for the info, I'm pretty happy with the progress so far but far from satisfied,I think like u said I'm gonna bulk to 180 or 185 max then cut slowly.

Good info and I agree with Dougy
For 160, those are very good numbers bruh

Some of what you're asking is age dependant, goal dependant and your personal tolerance to BF and how you look to yourself in the mirror.
What I mean is, if you're comfortable with how you look, then keep going up. Everyone highly underestimates how much weight you have to gain to be big after a cut. So, if you're young and your long term goal is to be lean and muscular (most everyone's..lol), then you'll probably want to end up around 180 minimum @5-11 and @~10-12% BF.
With those stats in mind, you'll have to reach around 210 before cutting to those numbers.

Again, those are just my personal thoughts; your perception of yourself is completely up to you.
