How to minimize your chances of getting cancer?

Here’s what I got so far

Eat plenty of minimally processed meat and veggies
Cook in butter, lard, or coconut oil, olive oil, or avacado oil
Don’t use vegetable oils or seed oils
Get plenty of high quality sleep
Take nac when sick
Take a aspirin daily.
Get exposure to sunlight but not too much.
Try to limit exposure to smog and other toxins
Don’t smoke
Don’t do drugs unless THC edibles

What else can we do ??

My plan is to eat less/IF more
Only eat real food
Limit meat intake (meat is the most processed chit in the world)
Up Indian spices
Absolutely 0 processed food (other than meat)
Absolutely no smoking/drinking
0 sweetener of any kind

The country with the lowest cancer incidence and death rate is India. Doctors in India focus on early detection because cancer found early is more treatable and less expensive to manage.

Indians eat alot of curry and spicy foods which kills cancer. They also eat many nutrient dense vegetables. The Indian diet will prevent cancer

I just got vinyl installed in my kitchen and bathroom floors. I just got home and it smells strong. You'd die way before you got cancer. There are people who spend all day in the sun and don't get skin cancer, there are people who take every precaution and still die of melanoma. There are people who smoke a pack a day and love to be 100, there are 20 year olds who never smoked dying off lung cancer. Genetics is more a factor than anything else.
