Twenty years getting out of shape. Today, I wanted loaded nachos, but I compromised. I ate an apple and a slice of cheddar instead. I wanted to fuk a woman, but I posted a thread on the misc. I compromised. You see where I'm goin'?

I just remember skimming and reading something, something, it’s my fault women have anorexia. I thought “okay” and closed the misc for the day.

I just do IF and eat my normal foods in my designated eating window

I'm eating a salad now and it's good but I just have to get back in the habit again. It's cold so I usually like soups but I didn't see any I liked.

The mindset thar dieting "blows" and you have to put up with bland and tasteless food, is a very poor one and a virtual guarantee that you'll fail to stick to your diet. Consequently, you'll yo-yo in and out of good shape and poor shape, and constantly trade off between good physique/bad food and the converse.



Don't see fitness and dieting as having to tolerate bad and boring food. Don't even use the word "diet": Rather, see it as a lifestyle which enables you to get creative with meal creation and planning.
