Just had 3 slices of Buffalo Chicken Pizza, half of a hot Italian sub, and some fries. Washed it down with a Spriiiiiite.
Did a heavy leg day yesterday and am now laying in bed with terrible DOMS, bloated, farts smell rotten, and I may not even make it into the shower after a 12 hour work day.
Anybody else go hard in the paint today?

Drinks: Coffee (splenda and a little milk), diet soda, zero sugar monster.
Food: McDanks breakfast meal (sausage egg cheese biscuit, hash brown... 720 cals total), ~35% of a bag of chilli cheese fritos (~500 cals).
Total Calories: Roughly 1300 srs.
Probably gonna eat a couple sugar free peanut butter chocolate cup candies, but plan is to not exceed 1400 Cals today. Had somewhere over 2k Cals yesterday and feel guilty about it, srs.i7-14700k
