It was a third party delivery service used by Bestbuy and it was two dudes and they carried the box up basically one flight of stairs and 15 feet to drop it off in my living room. They seemed like they were waiting for me to give them a tip but I just smiled and said "Thanks!".
The box is kinda heavy but for two men not an issue imo.

No, they did their job.
I paid a moving company to move my parents last month, parents packed everything and literally had everything ready to pick up and load. 4 dudes showed up, had truck loaded in about 2 hours, drove to new place, unloaded and they I paid them. They didnt unbox anything, they really didnt evn put boxes in the rooms they were labeled for. Dude's were kind of rude and just seemed upset that they had to work.
Guy says "This total doesn't include tip" ............I was just going to say "ok, thanks" but with the way the day had gone I said "Tip for what....doing your job?.....It's already $300 more than you quoted me, you guys were an hour late and you damaged their headboard why would I tip?".....dude just looked at me and swiped my card, handed it back and said "have a good day"

In that scenario no.
I do tip delivery people when they go out of their way to do a great job.
One of my 1st jobs was delivering TV's back in the 80's....and that was before most buildings had elevators.
When I bought my 75 inch Samsung my nephew and my son helped me pick it up and bring in up a flight of stairs in my house.
It was heavy as ****.

I paid $60 for the delivery of a couch from a store to my apartment 15 minutes away (I just moved to town and I couldn't do it by myself). I didn't tip, but I asked for their names and left a 5 star review and put their names down in it while complementing their work and how careful they were not to damage anything and they even put up a doorframe guard as a precaution.
Stuff like that I value more because their corporate overlords look out for that stuff.Misc Firearms Crew

I feel like anyone in any service can claim they "accept" tips.
I love it when business' put up signs like a local car wash. I know you accept tips. Literally everyone accepts tips.I only read thread titles and my own posts.

I tipped the two guys who delivered my sectional 20 bucks each
I have tipped many delivery men with weed dead srs. Everyone smokes these days lol. A few months ago both my cars were dead and my gf was out of town so I door dashed a car battery and tipped the guy with a pre rolled joint. He loved it lolSometimes I park in handicap spaces, while handicap people make handicap faces
