An older video with a situation similar to Neely, where we see a passenger actually get physically aggressive and a fight seems imminent:
Another passenger leaps up and puts the aggressor into a chokehold, which subdues him in seconds, but the key difference is that as soon as the subject is out, he releases the choke. Then he's easy to keep pinned to the ground until the police arrive.
Now this passenger looks to be more aggressive than Neely and intent on starting a fight, but still, the chokehold wasn't used to literally kill the guy. It's only needed until he drops. No one hurt in the incident at all, except the ego of the thug.
That's how it should be done. Begs the question of why didn't the marine handle Neely like this?

I see people like this all the time on the train and subway. I ignore them, that's the sensible thing to do. If they get physically violent, you can apply a RNC but let go as soon as they drop, like the OP video which shows the proper way to do things.
You, however, would see an angry black guy and dump a clip into him.Back off, Warchild.

Great post. Reminds me of when I was a bouncer for the most dangerous biker bar in the country, it was tough work but they paid me $35,000 a night so I kept doing it. One night, 15 of the notorious 'Cuckaracha' gang came in and were downing shot after shot of tequila. Well, being a master of both the marital arts and with a highly honed perception, I knew what was coming and mentally prepared myself. Sure enough, all 15 Cuckarachas began busting up the place.
Not on my watch.
Using my triple black belt in BJJ and Wing Chun fighting, one by one I began beating these 300 pound bikers unconscious. Finally it was down to me, the Gang leader, his sergeant at arms and two top men. They surrounded me but they'd just watched me destroy 11 men in seconds, so they were afraid. I could smell their fear and began laughing. Everyone in the bar was silent, shaking in both awe and terror. At this point the drunked Cuckarachas charged me.
Big mistake.
Using both arms and my legs, I put all four in rear naked choke holds at once. Nobody has ever been able to successfully pull that move off in all of recorded history but I made it look easy. Then, using my mastery, one by one I put them all out -- but I did it the right way and nobody died. When you fight like I do, which is more animal than man, the hard part isn't winning a fight. No. That is the easy part, for the moment a fight starts when I am in it, it's over before it even begins. The hard part is me winning without killing anyone. Fortunately, as a master of Wing Chun and BJJ, boxing, Tai Chi, thumb wrestling, Karate, kick boxing, and Mui Tai, I am able to use force with absolute precision.
That night when it was time to get paid, the bar owner came to me, got on his knees and bowed and he held up my cheque. It was for double the usual $35,000. I took it and tore it to pieces. I looked him right in the eyes and told him: I don't do this for the money. I do it because I long for challenge. He sat there stunned and could not say a word.
That was the last night I bounced. It was just too damn easy for me. I needed a greater challenge to hone my skills and 15 bikers at once was child's play, not even worth my time at that point. All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. That video was from 7yrs ago
Liberals would still press charges against that guy for assault although given that the guy he choked out was white they probably wouldn't care too much
The marine is getting charged purely become the scumbag he choked was black. If it had been the other way round he wouldn't have been chargedScubastevo :-What percentage of women have STDs? (serious) If I just wanted to go bareback with any girl that I could get with, what are my chances of ending up bed ridden with STDs?

Cringe.
And no. No one would reasonably pursue charges of assault against that guy because the thug was about to start a fight, and all he did was put him out and immediately release the choke, after which he was fairly easy to subdue. You don't just immediately spring back up after a choke, either. It does leave you pretty out of it for a short while. It's a great way to take the fight out of someone.
No one is charging the marine because Neely was black. He's getting charged because he let his MMA masturbatory fantasy get the better of him, and murdered a guy by holding him in a RNC long after he was put out. Like I said, you can't accidentally bloodchoke someone to death. There's a noticeable point where your subject drops all resistance and you're knowingly holding them in the choke after unconsciousness.Back off, Warchild.

Except I never claimed to be some martial arts master or even necessarily a good fighter. Of course, that is overlooked in favour of getting dopamine hits by typing the word "fraud" on the internet.
Now the PhD fraud thing has gone down in flames, as LogicalLifts got the transcript, you're basically out of accusations now.Back off, Warchild.

LogicalLifts himself has verified that I emailed him with the images attached. And I've repeatedly said that I'll post the transcript here once the people on my list make the donations.
So as of now, you are quite literally refusing to see it and still making fraud accusations. That's the epitome of mental retardation.Back off, Warchild.

Reminder: LL has never once verified Bodhy's transcripts and Bodhy made up silly stuff about a list of people, one of whom is presumed dead, others just inserted at random, they must all first donate $50 before he would verify it himself as he initially promised long ago.

A slight correction: LogicalLifts quite explicitly stated he received emails from me with images attached. He just never opened those attached images, but that's not on me. He did get what was promised.
And that list isn't arbitrary. I explicitly said otherwise. Everyone on it has accused me of frauding or lying over the affair, so that is why they made the list. I have absolutely no idea about one of these people on the list being "presumed dead".
I'm not sure if that's serious or this is just made up to get me to start whittling down the people on the list.Back off, Warchild.
