    TKE Joint Boost for pain in elbow and knee ?

    Hi,

    I have some light pain in my elbow
    and in my knee (crazy skiing, and roller
    knee injury last summer).

    I want your opinion on some Joint supp.

    I check on the board, and just get a reference to TKE joint boost.
    Is it good ?

    I stick by what I wrote in there - its much cheaper and will be more effective - shark cartillage has no science behind it unlike the glucosamine - chondroitin is OK with glucosamine but very expensive.
