good luck on your 300 lb. bench! I think you look great. Your triceps and shoulders must help a lot wit ur bench. Maybe u should try to workout ur chest more. Even tho I'm a bodybuilder I have a lot of respect for ppl who bench more than they look like they can. But I think u need to improve on your posing. I think side triceps pose would be really good for you.

Alright, i will only say one thing: powerlifting.
There are guys under 200lbs that can total over 1600lbs, or in other words deadlift over 500, squat over 500, and bench over 400 at least....and those are huge lifts, and remember they only add up to 1400....another 200lbs and you can see a possible 600 pound lift there and two in the 500s....errr whatever combination you want

good luck on the 300 bench. Youll never forget the efeling after you lock that puppy out. I did it last year and by God, I still feel good

no one talked trash about his lift.actually everyone on here gave him props.
okay you guys win.strength doesnt eqaute to size.maybe ronnie and jay should lower all there poundages a couple hundred pounds and just focus on form.hell everyone on here should do that.
get it through your thick heads.if you want to get anywhere in muscle growth you have to continually overload the muscle.that means more weight and more weight succesivly over a long period of time.its as simple as that.
sorry about the rant but this is rediculous

Raekwon, that doesnt mean it equates to "strength". Compared to powerlifters even 50lbs lighter than them, they are "weak". Of course to average people and some athletes they are "strong" but not to a lot of advanced powerliufters 50lbs lighter even. And coleman used wraps and gloves on that deadlift.....
