Yeah. Ever since it came out I knew this would happen. Anyone getting attention from internet validation needs help. I got peer pressured into making one in college but didn't even wanna grow it. Too much potential for becoming addicted to the attention. Recently deleted it and may never go back. On top of that the data collection aspect is scary.

That being said we are no better than them just because we choose to post here instead. It's almost all the same poison.

I will say though, instagram is a great place to advertise your business. I've spent more money based on instagram ads than I have on any other platform.

Most business owners I know in the fitness realm use it a ton. When I ask them how many clients they get contacting them through Instagram the answer is always crickets.

My thought is, if you have enough time to do that crap all day - and some of them are literally on it all day - you aren't doing a lot of real work.

No. I don't spend a second watching some of this shyt. It has gotten on kicks of showing my cycling stuff, bmx stuff, motocross and none of that is my interest nor do I watch or like any content with that in it. It's like they try to see what you're interested in. I noticed I get quite a bit of black owned accounts so I did some research and, yes, they promote those hard. My explore page is filled with big booty bitches though lol. I want that to stay there and my reels to be none of that. I've about got it tailored to my liking.

Don't you guys ever think back to like 2011-2013 (not long ago) and just think nobody was on these apps back then we were outside socializing all day and only used a PC to get online to misc during the evening for a bit but that was it
