Regarding long term effects of the vaccine, the mrna is cleared very quickly and the remaining spike protein fragments are also destroyed quickly. There really is no reason for there to be any long term effect. Aside from antibodies to the spike protein, there is no trace of the vaccine left after a few weeks (really a few days).

There will be people that react badly and or die from the vaccine, that is a given. The idea is the death rate of the vaccine will be far lower than the virus, that's why they tell you don't get the vaccine if you are prone to severe allergic reactions

Im of the opinion that the virus doesn't kill healthy people, if you are healthy you shouldn't get the vaccine, you might even be better off just straight up injecting the virus

It is unlikely to have been related to the vaccine and not show up in the large trial done. Some people will die shortly after taking the vaccine. You cannot just assume those deaths were due to the vaccine.

If you have clotting issues like him, you might want to avoid the vaccine, but there is actually no solid evidence on this, and it's not even clear the risk of the vaccine would still be elevated enough to not take it.
