I dont have a body weight scale yet but at the doctors I was 164 with shoes and everything and ive been dieting about a week and a half now. i figure im down at least a pound (so 163) but ill weigh in when my new scale gets here. The plan is to go until march 25 then take a diet break. The ultimate goal is to get back down to 132 pounds.

My fatloss journey back to the most cut i used to be
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Weight doesn't really equate to looks or health so you should aim for body fat % more than just overall weight. Obviously losing weight is going to be some fat, but two people who weigh 185lbs can look drastically different if one is muscular and the other is a far slob. Are you female? If not there is no reason to aim for 132 lbs (unless medical condition perhaps). Diets will rarely last, you need to make a permanent lifestyle change and then you'll have long term success. Best of luck.

Ive been eating about 1000 calories a day and decided to move it up to 1400 for the duration of this cut. I figure with cardio i burn 2000 calories a day so that should put me at a 1.2 pound loss per week. Which should put me at 9.6 pounds lost by march 25.
