    Gym Hacks

    Dog bone for overhead tri ext and tri pd.
    Trap bar for shrugs and turn over for upright row.
    Use squat machines pads for over head press.
    Hammer press machine for single arm oh press.
    Use extended V grip for face pulls and floor rows
    Sit on floor using rope for face pulls.
    Assisted pull-up machine use pad for tri pd.
    Half yoga ball on sit row for diff angle rows.
    Use v grip parallel to Smith for cg bench press.
    T-bar row machine for seated landmine press.
    Bent rear delt row using ez bar and grip plates.
