My max bench press is 275lb.
I was wondering if I should be doing more for my current weight?

From what I heard, an average male should be able to bench *at least* his own bodyweight. Saw this site posted on the forum a while back. Should give you some pointers...and depends where you're at in your training...

This question literally makes no sense. If you wanna bench more train to increase your bench. If you’re happy where it’s at, then cool. There is no specific number for a bodyweight or that strength standards bull****, anyone with a brain would know this, cause they’re are different factors. This sounds like a retarded “Is this good?” post in the teen bodybuilding section.

According to this chart, you are just under "advanced," so not bad.

--The proper plural form of the Latin adjective biceps is bicipites, a form not in general English use. Instead, biceps is used in both singular and plural (i.e., when referring to both arms). The form bicep [sic], although common even in professional contexts, is considered incorrect. (from Wikipedia)
