Hi, I’ve been on the Keto Diet for a few months I’ve lost about 40lb, I am currently 163. I would like to start building lean muscle and was wondering which diet I should start to follow. Thanks.
So would the llfym be a good suggestion I was also looking a diets like paleo and 40/40/20. Would you suggest counting macros over a restrictive diet. For medical reason I will due gluten and dairy free so I assumed the restrictive diets are better
