The most all around influential person in the last 50 years. This can obviously be someone "good" or "bad" but im curious to see what people think.

My answer would be Michael Jackson, he is probably the one person everyone in the world knows. That by default make him the most influential considering he has reached the most amount of people. [I]ve yet to meet someone who hates all his music.

Nobody, last 50 years has just been auto pilot basically, there is virtually no one that has done anything of extreme importance in the last 50 years because the last 50 years is also the time we've watched the west be entirely brought to it's knees.

Inb4 muh discoveries, invention and science, there's enough high IQ people in the world these things would've happened with our without the current iterations. There are no great leaders that have accomplished anything worth a damn, only high IQ people standing on the shoulders of giants.

If Bill Gates and Paul Allen didn't take Microsoft to the level they did, I'd question where we'd be today in terms of portable technology and affordable pc's. They really made it so the average person could have an affordable home computer which led to the whole internet explosion imo.
