    Deadlift is stuck..

My deadlift hasn't been going up for the last few months.
The problem is probably in the training (currently running MadCow 5x5) because my other lifts (squat, bench and bbl rows) keep going up.
did this happen to any of you guys? and how did you solve this problem?
    THANKS

Madcows has very low deadlift volume. Increase the volume and it should go up.

How do you recommend to increase the volume? (sets/reps/variations?)

Sets mostly, If you up the sets up to say 3 Heavy 1 warm up your deadlift should fly up, Mine has been going up a steady 10-15lbs every 2 weeks, Also builds more endurance in your back. Hope this helps.

What are your lifts at now? 1rm, 3rm or 5rm?

What are Madcow 5x5 followers normally getting up to in numbers before increasing volume? Examples on the website showed some mid-500s for example Frequency looks good, volume may be low for some people (experience, individual differences, etc.).

You can keep running madcow for squats and bench if those numbers are still improving, but substitute something else for deadlifts. You could look into Ed Coans deadlifts program. Adding volume would be beneficial, I like the volume sheiko gives you. Or drop the weight 10% on deads and start again.

My deadlift hasn’t moved much since starting Madcows.

Previously it was climbing. I has doing a heavy couple sets once a week, added in dimels and paused DLs in the week also. I may add them back.
