Overgrown Obliques from side bends. Is there any way I can shrink them?

This is my first post on here. Anyway, back when I first started lifting, I did a lot of side bends because I thought that they would give me awesome and. Low and behold, they ruin your v-taper. I'm afraid I found that out a little too late though. Is there any way at all to shrink my obliques? They bulge out, especially the left one, since I liked training it and I trained it more than the right one. Did I just screw myself for life? My pics are on bodyspace

bone structure of your hips is what makes them look overdeveloped. they're not really overdeveloped at all though so simply cutting back the oblique work isn't going to do a lot for you. gain some mass on your upper body. it'll balance out

It’s your hips not your obliques. All you can do is build upper body mass to make it less noticeable. Mine are probably worse than yours.

OP, more shoulder, back and chest mass would eliminate your "concerns".
