Been in the gym (starting seriously) for 1.5 months. Workout cycle is 3 days and then 1 rest.
Started at lower end of 145 lbs and currently bulking.
I've put on weight quickly but surprisingly I think the gains are coming. The photos are as follows, 155 when I was fat and not moving, 145 lbs before the gym, and 158-160 currently.
I am very excited to see that my face is not half as fat as it was when I was 155 and yet I am 5 pounds heavier... could get used to this.
5'8.25 according to my physical and am wondering what weight I should cut at and how slowly I should add these coming pounds. Counted calories for a month at 2600 and that made the weight fly on, wonder if it's worth it continue. Thanks.
