Is there any problem if I eat more protein one day? Like 150gr one, considering that I should at least consume 100gr? I don't know if it's bad or counterproductive? It's just that I wanted to try these tuna burger recipe which the whole meal add up to almost 40-45gr of protein, but I normally have around just 20-30gr for dinner

What did I just say lol?
Unless you have some sort of renal pathology you don't need to worry about protein intake. In fact it would be hard for you to ingest a level of protein that would "stress" your kidneys. This is typical of most "nutritionists" as most aren't RDs, I actually was before switching careers. You aren't ingesting anything close to a level to cause worry, even for your age. Do you need to be at 200g daily? No, and I wouldn't advise it. But 100g a day is perfectly fine, and if randomly you eat 150g it's fine. No need to stress.Psych & handcuffs

Came in to say the above. Don't make **** complicated regardless of how old you are. You don't have to hit the same macros every day exactly down to the last gram.
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.
