I didn’t see anything about how much weight to increase each workout. Can anyone help me out?
I’m assuming you add 5lbs to Squat, Overhead Press, Deadlift, Barbell Row, And Bench, But what about the others?
The others: Barbell Shrugs, Tricep Extensions, Straight Bar Curls, Hyperextensions, Cable Crunch, Close Grip Bench.
