It's possible, I mean, we have pod cameras, shot spotters, soon we'll have facial recognition technology.
Imagine someone fires a gun, shot spotter goes off, and the camera zooms in on the offender, facial recognition identifies him/her, and we know who to look for.
Of course the judge will still give them probation in cities like Chicago, Oakland, Baltimore, Detroit, etc.

More common than you think. I drive with a two channel cam in my car front facing for accidents and interior in case the PoPo gets stupid.
Army vet. Tazed then shot and killed. No weapon.

Stranded motorist. Wrecks on rural road calls PoPo. Unarmed. Shot and killed.

Even a lot of pro-police people believe this one was murder.
It's almost as if police forces are made up of individuals who each have their own abilities, biases, training, etc.
There have been a few cases of clear cut murder/attempted murder recently but that doesn't mean the one in Sacramento fits that bill.

Yeah its always funny how cops seem to forget to turn their body/dash cams on.
here is one of my favorite gems: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/03/18/n...-new-york.html
Cops turn off their body cams. Lie in court about the encounter with the woman....ooops...building cameras dont get accidentally turned off. Jakes on them.

But he didnt draw a gun. You can jib jab all you want brah...the cops wanted to kill that guy. That's why they kept on giving him conflicting orders...crawl! Wait! I said hands up! You Make a mistake and I will kill you!
Let me see your ID!...shoots man when he reaches for ID. lol...you know...because reaching for you ID is completely consistent with drawing a gun.

Sure... and the justification for lethal force is not judged on the actual presence of a lethal threat, but rather the reasonable perception of such a threat by the person using force.
I'm chuckling at how silly you are to think it was an elaborate setup to allow them to kill someone under questionable circumstances rather than just poor police work.http://youtube.com/user/Kiknskreem

They originally blocked fans from entering the Kings arena which is chitty, especially since this case is clearly in favor of the police. Alot of these protests are typical catharsis with no bearing on facts or context. If BLM bothered to pick worthy cases they'd have for more impact and actually be doing some good. The guy was committing damage and then moved towards police with an object in hand in a near pitch black area. In near darkness, a black phone (especially in a thick case) imo could be confused with the top of a gun slide, especially if light is reflecting off the exposed buttons much like an ejection port. If he had his hands up in surrender that would be one thing, but the video shows his hand by his side.
As for the police firing too much, that's basically 10 shots per officer which is totally reasonable in what you perceive as a life/death situation - due to the mentioned stress effects on accuracy and behavior. You simply can't aim for extremities in that scenario for the sake of disabling someone, it's not feasible. Do that and you could be dead. There's been instances of police marksmen doing this - with rifles from yards away against a tee'd up suspect, but not on the ground when you're being fired upon.
I'd welcome it. It's not like I think he deserved to be killed because he broke some windows and had a cell phone in his hand. Would be for the better.ωσяℓ∂ тяανєℓєя ȼяєω

Brb buying white iphone + and having screen always on.
I think a cop should be able to shoot someone if they or a civilian is in direct danger. As in about to be attacked.
This cop was prob a fat phuck and couldnt be assed running after the guy.++ Positive Crew ++

IF the conversations not moving forward chief then why you responding? Just to write that the convo aint being moved forward? But if you write that, isn't it you not moving the convo forward? Or is it still the other guy? Or has the convo been moving backward without you knowing.
