I’m 17, weight 160lbs and my lifts are a 190x5 Bench, a 280x5 squat, and a 345x7 deadlift. Been training for 8 months. How are these?

Ahh, I forgot what it was like to be 17. Reminds me not to visit teen MISC often. You jumping straight to the offensive after someone asks a basic question about your gym reeks of insecure *******ry.
I understand their reasoning, but it still seems silly to ask people not to film. How else are you supposed to check form consistently?MISC Blood Drive (MOD REPS): https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175220881

First guy said if they are done correctly, and you took it as "he said I'm not doing it correctly"
He was giving you a back handed complement, but a complement nonetheless.
I'd say they are good numbers based on your experience, age and weight. But this is a personal journey, never forget that.
It is only important what you think.FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL

I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!

I don't understand why you get so defensive when someone mentions posting a form check. There are other factors that go into form that are more important then what you mentioned. Perhaps you could lift even more if your form is a bit off and you fix it so what do you have to lose by posting one? My gym had that rule. I didn't give a fuark and took videos every time. A guy even came in there with a freaking huge camera.

Matthew... relax buddy.
You dont need to bring that attitude.
By commercial gym standards your numbers are fine.. by powerlifting standards, barely lift .
Keep going, and its YOU VS YOU. Noone else. Are you getting stronger? Then youre doing good.FMH crew - Couch.

Deadlift is good for your body weight. Need to focus more on your squats/bench. Try doing more chest and quad isolation!
1RM's:
Squat | Bench | Deadlift
____
06/1/15: 215 | 175 | 310 (BW: 160lbs)
11/2/15: 225 | 175 | 315 (BW: 165lbs)
02/2/16: 275 | 200 | 355 (BW: 175lbs)
07/2/16: 325 | 225 | 405 (BW: 185lbs)
03/3/18: 485 | 270 | 550 (BW: 215lbs)
