Say, you have a week to eat in this manner. You have the only option of eating a max of 1,200 calories of healthy food, in one day.
If you had no other choice, would you choose eating horrible quality junk food to hit your TDC or just skipping the rest of your meals? For a week.

I think it's time to read the stickies. No healthy 27 year old man should eat 1200 calories a day.
Also, "horrible quality junk food" isn't going to damage your health, assuming its not the primary component of your diet.

Sounds like my normal diet so yehretired from powerlifting, retired from the misc

Smashed a whole large all meat pizza the other day, 3000 calories or so. Not a single **** given and still had 1600 more calories to fill. So... sure in response to your stupid hypothetical.
