I have gotten about 50 lbs of results out of the Juggernaut method 2.0 progression. I've run it twice. First time DL went from 445 to 475, now I'm at 495.
For DL assistance, I ran 4 to 5 sets per week of heavy RDL (~65% of DL max) and 4 sets of Power Shrugs.Last edited by pterry0404; 10-16-2017 at 11:28 AM.

Check this out http://tsampa.org/training/scripts/c...lipi_deadlift/
If you do it be sure to do the assistance as written and stay conservative on your desired deadlift max

There is no best single "program" for eveyone. The best for you will be one you can stick with for a long time.My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal
