i have always wondered how these guys on youtube do regular, weekly, sometimes every other week eating challenges (10k, 15k, 20k, whole fast-food menus, donuts, you name it) and stay so lean and in shape. most of the guys i watch appear to be natural so i don't think that's the case. and i know obviously exercise is a big part of their lives but no one just goes and burns off 10k+ calories the next day (Steve Cook tried and made it look just a grueling as it sounds).
so how do they do it? i would love some input because i would love to do food challenge videos for my channel down the road.

Some fraud
Some vomit
Some are just freak beasts (I remember reading where some tiny Japanese girl ate 10lbs of cheesecake in a short amount of time, and it was 1/10th her total bodyweight, lol)
Time lapse or nothing though when it comes to food challenges. I'd rather watch something that is fast-forwarded and compressed down to 10-12 minutes than like an hour long video. Lol.MISC Blood Drive (MOD REPS): https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175220881

You said your camera gear was stolen, and you filed an insurance claim right? Well Police Reports (one you would need to file to place an insurance claim) are public records that anyone can access.
No Police Report about a car being broken in to exists for the time/place you were in when your car was 'broken into'....
Feel free to post your copy if you want to refute this, or will you just ignore it like all other times your are called out?Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Once again, Police Reports are public records anyone can access (they censor sensitive information) but none exist for the time/place you said this happened; no car break ins at all for the days around it no less.
You could also just post the incident/report number and people can ask about the nature of the crime linked to that too without getting your private info.
But I doubt you will do anything to prove yourself. Also... you made thousands in 'donations', so yeah, I can see you busting out a window for that.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

For those curious, you can look up Seattle PD's Reported Crimes here; it has a date filter and provides a brief description of the crime and location.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
