I do a combination of Keto and IF. I'm still early into the process but often times i feel bloated. Not really discouraged or anything because i've seen some pretty good progress so far but i never felt this way with other diets.

I'm no expert, but I have definitely experienced some bloating so far. I'd chalk it up to eating a lot of dairy those days though. That might be it

I would get that way after eating certain foods, but for the most part no.

So i`ve been following a ketogenic diet for a little over a year and a half and I hadn't had a problem with bloating until a few weeks ago when I started to incorporate IF, not sure if it causation or correlation though. i`m holding onto waste for longer periods of time so i reckon it may have something to do with that.Originally Posted by 1800_Cool_Guy
