Hey everyone. I tried a new pre workout that I received as a free sample and liked the focus but not the taste. I was looking for a pre workout that taste good and had focus that went with it. According to the company they use Alpha GPC as the focus but I don't believe that is a real ingredient. Im use to taking C4 and it has a great energy but if my head isn't into it than it doesn't mater. I focus when I go to the gym but on this other pre workout I really focused and would love to get something like that

Taste is subjective, but as for focus, I would look into a pre that has Theacrine, Caffeine, ALCAR, and perhaps even Ashwagandha
And I'd opt for a stroll on the stairmaster prior to your workout. Put on your headphones, listen to some music, and visualize your goal.. whether it be a physique you want to achieve or some poundage you want to accomplish

That chemical feeling in your brain is not going to do anything to assist your workouts. Its more for brain function. I drink matcha tea/cocoa powder mixed with dextrose and both ingredients help with focus and are healthy in general. There's some exercise related benefits as well like nitric oxide production(dark chocolate) and a potential reduction in cortisol levels(matcha). The main reason I drink them is caffeine...

Taste is subjective but most pre workouts are very similar in taste that I have used so far. Some better some worse. The one I used had great focus but the taste was bad. I find the treadmill trick doesn't work it is not an issue of doing the work it just seems i can be distracted but with this pre workouts I got a tunnel vision that nothing distracted me.

Speak for yourself bro! Nothing gets me more in the zone then a good dose of caffeine and DMAA/ephedrine and a good workout playlist . Are they "healthy"? Well no but this is bodybuilding and were not in this for health, were in this to get big/ripped. Now don't interpret this as meaning jack yourself full of as many drugs/stimulants as you can multiple times a day, it means being sensible and exercising self control
The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.
you can't half rep a deadlift.
you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.

I disagree. There is definitely something to be said about mental focus and it's affect on workout performance. Maybe not directly (which might be what you're ensuing) but indirectly. IMO focus is extremely important in events such as powerlifting which may be the difference maker in completing a lift or not.
There are more effective products for focus than the ingredients you mentioned. But like you mentioned, still good for general health (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc.)
Yes. Be on the lookout for a thread in the company promo section sometime this week (or check my signature, I will post the link). We have pretty much finalized the formula after a couple minor changes, and will be selecting some product testers.
No lie, this might be my favorite Neogenix pwo to date. And everyone knows how much I loved Neurosurge 3.0.VELOCITY NUTRITION

As far as pure focus, look into Man Sports Brain Bridge.
If you want focus with a nice blend of other aspects then I second the C4 Ultimate and Quake 10.0 as already recommended in this thread.**********************
