    Bone mass

Is it possible to grow your bone and put on muscle while on a caloric deficit. I want to get shredded a little more so my abs start popping but I want big arms too. Will i need to switch to a bulk?

It is possible to put on muscle while on a calorie deficit though not ideal at all. Far better to put on some muscle first by being in a calorie surplus AND THEN later go into a deficit if you want to lose fat. At your age especially, I'd recommend bulking first.

As for bone mass, yes bone density increases with weight training. That'll occur regardless of being in a calorie deficit or surplus. Will you notice this on the scales? Unlikely.
