People don't usually stack a pre workout with ZMA.

Currently using Project AD combination of Stampede Stim and Stampede Neuro. Loving it at the moment and have been using it for some time. I have yet to develop a tolerance.

Why would you stack ZMA with a pre? Pres are usually taken pre workout and ZMA is generally taken before bed.

Why load creatine?

What are you looking for from your pre? Really open ended question from a guy who joined 9 years ago and has 20k posts lol

You don't need ZMA pre. For creatine, just focus on saturation: 5g everyday for 30 days. 3-5g most days of the week after that .

Didn't really provide any info on what you're looking for from a pre so I'm going to make the assumption that energy is one. I can narrow down the following recommendations once you provide more feedback (some of these have creatine):

I'd recommend checking out mesomorph by aps or volcano fury. Both great pre workout products.

Stacking with ZMA? Umm, why?

Don't load creatine, it's a waste. You'll get saturated just a couple days sooner than if you took 5g daily for no additional gains. Basically just a waste of money.

What kind of stim tolerance do you have OP? It's quite irresponsible for forum members to recommend high stimmed pre's like Mesomorph when nobody knows what OP is looking for. For all we know, he gets good energy from 150mg of caffeine which would mess OP up taking a pre like Mesomorph. Come on guys, think a little before posting.

OP, no need top stack ZMA with a preworkout, ZMA is meant to be used pre-bed

BPI Sports 1MR Vortex and Best PREworkout are free of creatine, also, just take 3 to 5 grams of creatine daily
