*Last time posting this finally learned how to ****ing embed...also forgot to mention that i was POST SURGERY in first pics so partly why the drastic change, usual weight was 145. also...I HAVE CROHN'S DISEASE meaning, I CANT absorb many nutrients i poop them out hence the no gain in bodyfat and high calorie intake. I LITERALLY DO NOT ABSORB FATS. And finally I DO NOT TAKE STEROIDS becauseeee well even creatine upsets my stomach haha and due to the medication I take the change in hormones would literally send me to the hospital. Crohns life makes it toughhh but heres the main post*-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I want to update you guys on my transformation and what can be done naturally. These pictures were taken between February 2015-April 2016, so technically a little more than a year. Current physique is very similar to the end result of my transformation as I have plateaued and am gaining weight very slowly now. I weighed 130-133 pounds at around 10%bf (estimation) in the first pictures and came in weighing 165-170 at 9% (again estimation) in the "transformed" pics. My lifts also went up significantly too. Starting lifts: 135 bench, 185 squat, dead-lift unknown. Lifts at end of transformation- 260 bench (240 paused completed in competition), 340 squat (in competition) and 405 deadlift (in competition). I want to create this thread to show you guys what is achievable with ****ing hard ass work. Also diet consisted of 4000 calories a day of complete ****, chinese, pizza, bk, mcdonalds, fast food for at least 2-3 meals a day. Made sure I got my protein though. I will also probably be posting this on different threads so please dont comment if you see it elsewhere

****ING EXACTLY. thank you man people are ****ing dumb, they cant appreciate a transformation for what it is and direct it to teen misc just because im a teen. Maybe I dont want to deal with skinny ass *******s and rather take on the little dicked people on misc who dont lift and look as good as a ****ing teen because they dont work their ass off for it and have been blessed with chit genetics. ****ing repped mang
