I'm 15, 115lbs roughly and 5'8. My TDEE is about 2000 calories a day so I was going for 2500 calories a day. Is 220g carbs, 150g protein and 65g fat alright for muscle gain with minimal fat gain? My worry is that 280g carbs, 190g of protein (I know a bit much for my weight) and 70g of fat makes up 2500 calories but i can get nowhere close to those macros without going way over maintenance. Should I count macros and convert those into calories and keep eating until I reach that? Or stop when I reach 2500 calories including micro nutrients and other things that aren't put on the label. If i'm wrong about anything how many calories should I be aiming for and how many macros should I get?
