How much testosterone do you guys have?

Approximately how much testosterone in ng/dl do you have(if you been tested) or THINK you have?

I think the average man has about 400 ng/dl but I don't know.

I heard that men with more testosterone build muscle easier, have deeper voices, more body hair, bigger hands and feet etc. And in personality they have stronger(I don't give a phuck) attitudes and have better sex drives.

I also heard that strength training intensely can increase testosterone levels. Have you guys ever gotten these improvements I listed ever since lifting?

Was it all from lifting? Or can certain foods increase testosterone as well?

got a test back in 2014 came in at 283 lol

doctor said it was fine, but I was like nah mate. Changed my diet and other ****, 3 months later came in at 505 but duno how much these things fluctuate anyway and may of been the same if I had of done literally nothing

Last bloods came in 1000 ng/dl only because my doc says they won't read past that. My guess is much, much more.

Use a third party to get blood work where it isn't capped at 1500 or 1000.

Was it a medical/lifestyle issue or did you just start biking? I'm in Sweden too and came in at 490, I feel like it's low and I have pretty low libido but doctors think it's perfectly fine. Reps for more in depth response, PM if you dont wanna post here

Lmao at all of ya'll, total testosterone is a worthless number. Your muscles can only use Free Testoserone (aka bioavailabile Testoserone).

My free test has been low as hell on recent blood tests sadly.
