i'm not exactly a powerlifter here, but i dabble a bit.
i have a question... so what's your resting heart rate powerlifting/strongman forum? and those of you who are under 60 bpm, how exactly did you get there? thanks, for participating.

Mine used to be in the 50's... no idea now since I have a toddler at home (broken sleep schedule) and a bit of a caffeine habit.
I have been thinking about getting a blood pressure monitor for my house that could also track resting heart rate. The heart rate is a good indicator for over-training.Pro Strongman & Former National Champion

80-90, 95-100 if under-recovered (usually sleep deprivation).
