    what's your resting heart rate?

    i'm not exactly a powerlifter here, but i dabble a bit.

    i have a question... so what's your resting heart rate powerlifting/strongman forum? and those of you who are under 60 bpm, how exactly did you get there? thanks, for participating.

    just genetics I guess. I don't do any cardio but I live a pretty stress free life so maybe that has something to do with it

    Mine used to be in the 50's... no idea now since I have a toddler at home (broken sleep schedule) and a bit of a caffeine habit.

    I have been thinking about getting a blood pressure monitor for my house that could also track resting heart rate. The heart rate is a good indicator for over-training.
