Hi all,
So the question I have is about when I should be taking the supplements that I have.
I've listed the supplements I have below.
Multivitamins + Flaxseed (I usually take these in the morning and evening, they're Nature's Way - Alive, Max Potency)
Creatine (MuscleTech Platinum 100% Creatine)
Whey Protein (My Protein - Impact Whey Protein)
Mass Gainer (Optimum Nutrition - Serious Mass)
Pre Workout (Yet to buy)
I haven't started taking creatine yet. I usually have 2 scoops of whey protein after gym, and 2 scoops with oats, milk and almonds to make a high calorie snack.
Those who are wondering why no fish oil, it's because I'm a vegetarian (so no fish, no meat)
Also, my aim at the gym is to put on muscle mass. I currently weigh 150lb, and i'm 5 ft 10 tall.
Other than the vitamins and flaxseed and pre workout, can you guys tell me when the best time to take these supplements are?
Appreciate the support guys!

Good choice in Platinum Creatine! Take 3-5 grams daily, pre or post workout is easiest.
Take the whey and gainer as needed and however you'd like. You could use it to replace a meal, or add to it.
I take my multi and overall health supps with a meal.
I see you are unsure about a preworkout. Check out my signature for free samples, we have some new and exciting preworkouts.

All personal preference really.
- Any tablets i will take after Breakfast or Dinner.
- Creatine with my preworkout, 15 mins before i hit the gym.
- Whey/Gainer - whenever is convinient. I will have a few scoops with a breakfast shake first thing in the morning and another few with a banana smoothie post workout.

I'd say it's lil bit too much to take 4 scoops of whey which is ~ 85grms of Protein and above that you're taking Serious Mass; if you even take 1/2 serving of Serious mass you're getting more ~25grms of Protein, so you're getting ~110grms Protein from Powders. You can drop to 2 scoops of Whey I'd say, just my suggestion though, and get more from Peas, beans, nuts etc.
No need to load Creatine, you can just take 5grms everyday for a month and then 3-5grms thereafter on workout days.

Any of the supplements you mentioned can be taken at anytime. Of course you take your preworkout before you train. Usually people take a protein supplement immediately after training. Your protein and oats high calorie snack looks good. You could add coconut oil if you need more fats.

Make sure you get your macros down for your goal and then use your mass gainer to help you hit your macros and caloric intake. The pre workout just use if needed before you workout. Creatine daily at any time and the whey protein shake you can really take any time but I usually will take mine right after my workout. And for the multi I would say just take with breakfast.
