The amount of egg white usually varies with the size of the egg and its ratio to the yolk. But according to their website, 2 tbspns of Egg Whites = 1 Egg White.

1 US tablespoon of egg white is 15.19g. So every egg white is 30.38g. Therefore, 12 egg whites is 364.56g. Really though, anything around 350-380g should be fine.

Why do you need to have the equivalent of 12 egg whites for breakfast?
Why aren't you gaining? A small guide:

    1. Eat more.
    2. Lift better.

    Result: Gains.

Of course - why didn't I realise sooner.

Good luck and make sure you don't accidentally have 10 or 11 egg whites, that could be disastrous.
