Wow cringe.
He actually has the strength for those lifts but he's not really activating his legs properly. Or his back. or anything really. Basically he needs to be improving his form first before going heavy, but he definitely would've gotten them if a) his hips were lower and didn't shoot up, activating his hamstrings and optimizing his leverages and b) keeping his back from rounding by activating his core.
